Sparkle and Splash Pools are truly wonderful to work with. The weekly service is always dependable and thorough and the emergency repair service is even better. Have my grandkids here for the holidays and my pool heater didn’t function, emailed Sparkle and Splash Pools and within 30 minutes Jacob was on site and in 15 more minutes, the heater was functioning properly.
My wife and I have enjoyed remarkable customer service the entire 5 plus years we have had SSPC service our pool and spa.

The crew at Sparkle and Splash Pools started watching over our pool before we even arrived at our recently purchased home. Mike was willing to start service without knowing us. They began sending weekly service updates. They discovered that our system was in disrepair and offered a bid for the work. When I accepted the bid I was surprised to find that they were able to do the work that day. Jacob worked into the evening completing the job. He took the time to explain how the system worked and what I needed to do to maintain it. What a great team.

We bought an IntelliChem system from Sparkle and Splash the fall of 2018 and they installed it. Since that time, we have had intermittent failures of probes that was baffling to everyone, including the manufacturer, Pentair. Although out of warranty, Sparkle and Splash wants to make it right and has gone above and beyond to work through the problem. Jacob, their repair manager has cheerfully researched and attempted to determine how different factors could affect the probes. In doing my research on this system, it appears that other purchasers of this product have had similar problems and were abandoned by their installer because of warranty expiration. Not so with Sparkle and Splash. They treat me and my issue as if I just bought the system yesterday. It’s rare to find a business with this much integrity. Hats off to the owners Mike and Amy and especially to Jacob! Highly recommend doing business with Sparkle and Splash.

Recently determined that our pool service was sub-par, and went looking for recommendations on Next Door. Several folks suggested Sparkle and Splash, and so I called them and asked for a visit to discuss my pool, some maintenance work that was needed, equipment upgrades, and ongoing service. Their service manager Jacob visited my home, took a careful look at everything, quickly diagnosed a programming problem with my Pentair pump, and suggested a few maintenance options that would address some problems we had. From the get-go it was apparent that he is expert in pool systems, water chemistry, and the equipment we owned.

Before discovering Sparkle and Splash Pools about a year ago we had gone through three different pool service companies in less than 24 months. We actually could not find a company that was capable of keeping our pools clean and our chemistry within range. Sparkle and Splash has done exactly that, every day from day one. Their work ethic is phenomenal and the record keeping is fantastic.

We also appreciate the team taking a proactive approach to our entire pool system. We want to be kept informed if something needs attention or can be improved on. It really helps in budgeting and planning for the future.

We have two 30,000-gallon pools and one 10 jet spa. All three pools get serviced three days a week.

Thanks to Sparkle and Splash, we could not be happier with how our pools look and how they are cared for.
