Sparkle and Splash Pools first started in 2007 with Mike and Amy Marchione moving from the Bay Area to the Tucson Area.  Mike is the type of person who will always want to be doing something even in “retirement”.  After knowing a couple of people running pool companies in CA, Mike and Amy decided to move to start the business in Arizona and Tucson was the perfect fit for them.
